Downloading

Hi All,
I'm just wondering if this is normal? I'm trying to re-install Elite Dangerous and all the other's Elite Horizons & Elite Odyssey once this has been installed. My problem is it's only downloading a 1.3MB/s. I have superfast virgin broadband and I have closed down and restarted my pc several times but it always ends up the same. so I'm now at the stage where is going to take at least 6hrs to sync the files.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

yep normal that is a very poor guessestimate on actual speed
its ultra slow to start picks up but the launcher just don't reflect that really
if it aint done in 2 hours something may be wrong

do it overnight probaly be done by morning if i re-install ive fibre optic bt halo pretty good but takes a few hrs to do it good luck with it
