This DLC would take place on a small island near the north pole. Your goal is to breed cold-resistant dinosaur and research new species of dinosaur that were naturally evolved to fight the cold temperatures. It would cost £15.99 / $20.00 and release far after the Jurassic World: Dominion update's release.
Polar Map
Large, expansive and flat. Very long night and short days. Has few plants within map boundaries, and a helicopter entrance to the southwest side of the map.
Surrounded by a very dense, snow-covered forest and a cold river with icebergs floating by. The occasional deer or polar bear can be seen running by outside of map boundaries.
When dinosaurs breathe, you can see white air come from their mouths and noses.

Abies grandis
Pinus sylvestris
Pinus mugo
Cornus sericea

All of the newly-added plants are able to survive the cold temperatures more easily than the ones from the vanilla game.
Buildings- Facilities
Northern Research Centre (NRC)- The Main Facility of the game. This is where you will research and test the effectiveness of the Cold Gene, first on Dinosaurs that already have a semblance of one. However, your testing leads to some surprising results, ending up with dinosaurs that have a fully feathered covering.
Northern Abnormality Sensor (NAS)- Snowstorms, Blizzards and other weather events can severely injure your guests and dinosaurs. You can use this station to detect them before they happen by checking to see if Wind Speed and other environmental factors are... off.
Dinosaur Habitation Centre (DHC)- Used to keep dinosaurs safe during storms and cold spells or nurture dinosaurs back to health.
Heater- A small "building" that is usually placed on a Fence like a gate or hatchery. Dinosaurs will come to rest here when they are cold. This machine requires power. Viewing Galleries, Rocks and other cage decor can also be equipped with heaters so that dinosaurs stay where they can be seen.
Buildings- Guests
Shops which sell items such as Jackets, Hot Drinks, etc will gain more purchases in a cold environment.
Weather
Blizzard- Any Guests or Members of Staff still within the park when a Blizzard strikes will need to be escorted into shelters. Any dinosaurs that can't handle the severe cold will die, e.g. Sick Dinosaurs, Unmodified Dinosaurs. They will need to be placed into DHCs. Blizzards can be detected by studying the Depressions and Wind Speed around the park. Blizzards will freeze food that is left out on feeders, making it inedible. It will freeze shallow water.
Northern Lights- These beautiful lights in the sky will not damage your park. They are rare and will attract guests while they occur. Also will make for great dinosaur screenshot material.
Genes
Cold Resistance- Will enable dinosaurs that aren't already Cold-Resistant to survive the cold.
Leucism- New skin that can make your dinosaurs completely white in colour.
Terrain
Snow Tool- Adds deep snow to the floor of your park. Will melt in tropical parks.
Ice- Adds ice to the floor of your park. Can be used in Lagoons to create Icebergs for Kronosaurus.
Icebergs- These can be placed onto the ground, similarly to rocks.
Snow-Covered Rocks- New skins for all of the rock types.
