We do believe you, really, but altering the totals would be unethical in the extreme (unless it's to keep T.j at 2 votes of course).
Would I compromise my right to have a beer in complete privacy just for the chance of a free keg of beer?.. You can drop the keg off in that corner whilst I stand stark naked over here answering every question with embarrassing frankness.
Whenever an official mentions "ethics" it means the price has went up.

Interesting.... both the muchously weirdness in this thread and who the top three currently are. I just cast my votes and thought I'd push Si(mple)moof towards the top so that for a film related topic we'd get someone with lofty intellect. Next week's topic - perhaps a Buck Roger edition.
I think I'll 'fess up here ... I have been trying for weeks to make it a tie with as many people winning as possible. Considering I never win (itsafix) it's the only little bit of fun I get

I'm convincing myself all will be well. MrMogadon is a paragon of virtue and won't let us down.
And since that R.D. topic (that no one but Simoof will mention) got mentioned. I just want to point to my particularly wonderful wordplay when that topic came up. Clever last line wordplay what I did craft with hammer and fist when Simoof was first let loose.

Ours are not ripe yet. Oh, and they are poisonous raw. Plus if you burn the wood it releases hydrogen cyanide, so make sure you're in a well ventilated room. (or as folklore has it, ask the witch spirit in the tree if it's okay to burn part of her tree).

Simoof decided against Roman Dwarves 2. It might have been our posts that dissuaded him. We could have be responsible for stifling artistic creativity. Well, I certainly hope we did anyway.
