Is it just me? Why are all you guys whinging about it? It's simple physics and I'm glad that FDev have made the change to reflect it in the ED universe. Of course it's going to slow you down! Duh! You're dragging them. If you pick up your munitions and put them on a cart or handtrucks or even a trolley, you're bound to move faster. Drag munitions? Surely not! Lift and push munitions!
