is this option available? couldn't find it...

drag some selection and save all scenary objects in the selection out as some group,
if you build a great building some options to save the whole building with all scenary.
so you can load it again whenever you want in the game or share with others

Can we stop the day/night cyclus if we want to build something (like build houses in sandbox /house editor mode for use else in the game)

There's no blueprint/grouping option available yet. Best thing to do is create the scenery you want in one building, then duplicate the building.

Day/Night cycle is currently fixed atm. You can pause the game at a certain light level however, and continue building while paused.
