Drivers loosing performance too early

Currently I have Oscar Piastri racing for my created team and at 25 his performance has just started to drop. I noticed this previously with Pierre Gasly at about age 29. Drivers performance should probably not drop till about age 33 or 34 onwards. I have latest patch. I have just lost my scouts again, they have not returned after sponsor engagement

I agree, this is a mess. Leclerc dropped from 89 to 83 in 3 seasons, Sainz is 81. Schumacher dropped to a 68 or 69 overall in 3 years and he is in his mid 20's.

I really like the game, but there are so many bugs right now that I think made it worse than when it was first released
