Just noticed this, Drones ?

This appears in the IOS app, not on main market page in game. Any ideas ?

Yes, its for the new co-pilot, who just goes on and on and never shuts up.....

Never heard about it. Maybe it's a commodity that will be added in the future, or the developers took drones to be deployed by your ship for certain purposes into consideration?

Possibly, but they don't appear in the commodities list in the station so i can't buy them, they only appear in the IOS app, this is Lave, but have seen them listed at other stations.

IIRC Drones are for mining ... they fetch the rocks for you - it's the workaround for them not wanting to implement tractor beams, but scooping being such a pain.

FYI, I believe that limpet mines are also considered a form of drone...
