Drunken weekend post: I want an OP player ship

I’m drunk, it’s the weekend, here’s my post.

I want a God ship. Screw balance. Give me a ship that’s ridiculously overpowered, breaks combat wide open, and can run circles around anything else out there.

Here’s the catch: in the lore, this ship — call it the Borkotronic Deathspoon — is considered forbidden technology. It’s a long, complicated path to get it, involving Thargoid AND Guardian technology, and it’s KoS for any of the major powers. The Empire, Federation, and Alliance want you dead just for climbing in this thing, and ATR is on your tail the moment you pop into a ‘civilised’ system. That and the billion-credit death-mark on your head mean you’ll never lack for excitement.

I know this will never happen; it’s a thought experiment. I’m curious how vital the ‘rock-paper-scissors’ balancing method is to Elite, and whether there are any interesting alternatives.

On to victory! Give me my Deathspoon!

The ship is unstoppable at combat, but balanced because you're interdicted by ATR ships that attempt to defeat you through...combat.

I sense a flaw.

Refreshing per a drunk admitting it. Of course you will never get that God ship. Even if you did being drunk some noob player would probably take you out.

Might I suggest Inara? I think there are a few groups where being drunk is a requirement. It is a game and they love it as much as you.

You'd lose your job/house/gf/bf/husband/wife/children/family/friends/life by the amount of sheer grind it would require to unlock whatever you needed to unlock to godify it.

Good news OP, they already have this ship in the game! It's called the Anaconda and despite being brokenly / stupidly overpowered, Frontier is afraid to nerf the thing cause it's too "iconic" and everyone who has one would be "upset" if major changed happened to their precious god-tier / Triple-S-Tier-In-Smash-Bros ship. Enjoy your easymode game as you haul loads almost as good as a Cutter or Type 9, have unparalled jump range over even dedicated exploration or tourism ships, and have godly clustered hardpoints for glorious fixed weapons in PvE or PvP combat, and don't even forget about Thargoid content either as you can go face to face with even the most brutal Thargoid ships! Basically it does everything perfect.

You've already got plenty...FDL, Krait, Corvette etc etc all of them (and doubly so if Engineered are completely "Broken" for NPC combat
