Dryosaurus?

Dryosaurus was the one star wonder of Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis (one of my personal favorites as well) and I was wondering if it is going to be in Jurassic World: Evolution.

The Morrison formation has already been confirmed, so I am hoping that this species of ornithopod makes it into the game so players can have flocks of them just like in JPOG.

Comparing it to the other ornithopods already revealed, they would appear small. However, actual specimens have been recorded to be from 8 to 14 feet long. (1)

Adult specimens have not been discovered either, so it could be possible that the species could have grown larger. (1)

Below is a link to a website called Prehistoric Wildlife that has a size comparison of a large adult dryosaurus with a human male.

An image like that gives me hope, but if dryosaurus was not planned for during production it will probably not be in the initial roster at release. At that point, just have to hope it will be part of a DLC pack if that.

Thoughts?

the Dryosaurus was one of my favorite dinosaurs also of JPOG, I hope also go out for JW: E because without a doubt I would be in my parks.

I hope that with the release of JW:E come also dinosaurs by JPOG "remastered" , as a Homalocephale, Albertosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus and of course; the carcha You have to have patience and with some luck, Frontier listen to our prayers and add these dinosaurs in their new game.

Yes, most definitely. Especially if they aren't the game to begin with. For some smaller dinosaurs like Compsognathus and the like, I think they could possibly take the same approach they did in Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Collection by using mini-exhibits for the smaller animals, just for smaller dinosaurs in this case. What do you think?

Of course, it would be a very good idea and I hope you have this mode of construction of "mini exhibitions" to place the smaller dinosaurs there like the compsognathus, Microceratus, Wannanosaurus or Micropachycephalosaurus. Like a little serpentarium. :D

You couldn't really have flocks of them in JPOG, though. If you had more than one of them in your enclosure at a time, they'd more often than not spend all their time playing, "forget" to eat or drink, and die of malnutrition.

I would like to see some smaller more medium sized Dinosaurs. I believe the Compys are too small for the game. Though I would still like to have them as well.

Would love Dryosaurus and Camptosaurus. It would mean essentially all the herbivores form the Late Jurassic North America. Too bad Camptosaurus doesn't make sense in the alphabetical species list

Yeah, this was a bit of a problem, but I usually fixed it by having good water placement and fields for grazing for my 10+ dryosaurus flock.

I am hopeful that problems like this won't occur in Jurassic World: Evolution.

This is a good idea for the really small animals like Compsognathus and the like.

For dryosaurus, I would prefer if I could have them in the normal enclosures like any other dinosaur, but I think I'm biased here. :D

Only time will tell.
