One mode with unlimited money, and another without unlimited money with customizable starting bank (up to 100,000.

Honestly the only thing I like about that other game that shall not be mentioned.

in RCT3 the other mode your thinking of with "limited money" was called Scenario Editor, I'm sure PC will have one

Not the same as I am suggesting. The nice thing about RCTW is you can choose to have unlimited money or not in sandbox. Going in creating a custom scenario is a lot more work than just unchecking a box.

Which would be a nice, and easy to add feature for PC sandbox.
