Newcomer / Intro Dual monitor oddity

I have an NVIDIA GTX1080 on a WIN10 system with two monitors. I hadn't played the game in months and decided to jump back in tonight. Steam showed an update so great, let's update. Launched the game, having issues with the T16000M & Hotas bindings, quit the game to do a little research. Notice all my icons have moved to the 2nd monitor. That's odd. Right click and go into display settings and monitor 1 & 2 are reversed! I switch them back. Now EVERY program I launch goes to monitor 2! What the heck? Anybody else had this game rearrange their icons and monitors?

I'll never know what happened. I had to power down, disconnect a monitor from the card, power up, reposition all the icons, power down, reattach the monitor, and power back up. I've since launched the game and shut it down, and the problem did not reoccur.
