Seems like this is gonna be a thing. HP has one with the Omen X25 2S and there's one other coming out as well. Would be neat if FDev made ED be able to take advantage of those second displays with some type of extra in-game info or some type of touch-screen feature.
Looks more like a gimmick.
Same sort of stuff like that Art Lebedev keyboard with individual OLED keys. The thing cost more than a mid-spec PC, and wasn't particular more useful than the average keyboard.
I was thinking something similar to this. You could have a mobile device, and use it for things like the galaxy map and navigation pannel. Same for comms, systems, and the forgot-its-name pannel below the radar.
