Duck!! The immersion factor. Poll incoming

Sometimes when playing I involuntarily duck whilst entering a station, usually because I’ve come in a bit too close bit too fast; or find myself angling my body as I try and turn away from the station wall.
Am I weird? Or is there a lot of people who’s subconscious are flying shotgun? Thought I’d try my first poll.

No not weird. That gap looks tiny in sidewinder can imagine how it looks in an anaconda!

Not weird at all, or brain really does funny stuff sometimes based on visual simulation like... Playing Doom 2 and jumping off a building I still get that zero g freefall butterflies in stomach feeling and that's with a game that is 20 years old.

I don`t react to the full motion video surround flight simulator at work...this on a basic video monitor doesn`t have a chance ^_^

Often duck and cringe when coming in a bit hot at an odd angle, ESPECIALLY when I'm using the Oculus Rift. LOVE this game, it's expansive world and immersiveness.

yep, I usually duck when undocking and being too impatient to line myself up properly.

Didn't notice before this poll, but I indeed "duck" a bit when I think I'm too close to the entry port... so far has helped

I also keep leaping out of my chair when there's chance of a collision.

You think its bad, try not ducking when a ship ends up on your canopy using the oculus.

Also jump space between stars is VERY freaky in the oculus. Stuff of nightmares.

I also find that, if I pull my joystick so hard it leaves the table then my ship turns faster!
