PvP Dueling practice? Been searching...

On and off since I got the game, found a few threads on it but not much. I'm interested in some PvP but not interested in grinding for engineering a tank. Like maybe just in an imperial eagle, non engineered but open otherwise? Outfit it how you want, go shoot each other? My only PvP experience so far is running from griefers

Eastern time zone, usually playing after 7:45pm, no voice chat as I have a 5 year old son trying to sleep in the next room.

Master combat rank, elite explorer, some useless trading rank

There isn't a thread for it yet which is why I suggesting sending him a private message. There's a link here where he was talking about it.

We have done this before with all comers, but right now it my player group against another player group. The main reason we are doing it is to give people a taste of PVP in an easy and friendly way. And it is easy, because you buy the ship at the station, and then can only use outfitting that is available at that station. Fly in, but some stuff, and you're all set.

The last one we did, we had a bunch of stream viewers show up. Brap_man is the one setting it up. (https://www.twitch.tv/brap_man) (shameless plug, not me, but a great guy) check out his stream and ask him when our next open unmodded PVP night is. The one before this was 10/16.

We arent even that good where we would qualify as "instructors". Can give basic pointers. The whole idea is just to get people to dip their toe in the PVP pool.

I read some of that thread, I like the show up and outfit with whatever that station has idea, also what about ship launched fighters? Those are guaranteed to be stock right? I've only flown my condor once. I think the expert NPC pilot I hired is better, lol.
