Dumb Prices for the Bar Module

Why does the bar cost so much to be fitted to our carriers? How in God's name are we supposed to make any profit selling things for a measly 1k? What's the point? It feels like 0 thought went into this.

Some of the Goods (such as Power Regulators) can be sold for 500k per unit. I've managed to cover the cost of my Carrier's weekly upkeep in the past day by selling tons of Goods and Data. I made 17.5 million by selling 70 units of Push a few hours ago!

I will agree though - I'd like the prices to be much higher, especially for the Assets. Even the rarer ones like Weapon Components don't go for much.
