I used to find the power contact in the "contacts" menu in Station Services. Has it moved? Been away from ED for a few months.

I have been travelling around Zemina Torval controlled space to claim my weekly bonus and cannot find a power contact anywhere.

It's still in the contacts menu, along with the new "search & rescue" doodad.

So i just cannot find it a station that has one for Zemina? I have been to many of her stations and nothing.

Can't comment on that since I'm basically clueless about PP-related stuff.

Currently pledged to the smurf princess, for the shields, and I know the power contacts doodad IS still an option in the station contacts menu though.

If you've been away for a few months, you probably didn't forget that you'd unpledged. FD unpledged everybody who hadn't participated in PP in a while (which would include you) when 2.4 landed.

If you were not of significant standing, you were removed from your power at the launch of 2.4. This was announced prior to the launch of 2.4.
Your contact hasn't been removed - you have. Pledge again, you lost nothing, as you had nothing to lose.
