What is required to find pilots after accepting mission to destroy them? Also on the news board wanted pilots how do you find them? sorry but im just an explorer and trader looking for something different.

Fly around the designated system and look for "unidentified signal sources" near nav points and major orbitals. Eventually what you're looking for ought to appear.

Go to the system that they were last seen at, usually detailed in the mission. Then enter USS's and sooner or later you will run into your target. More often than not you are redirected by an NPC to another system. Enter USS's in new system and deal with target.

Regarding USS's, all you need to do is arrive in system. Throttle back to zero throttle while in super cruise and wait. The USS will spawn in front of you after a while. Lock and enter. If no target, enter super cruise, fly a short time, throttle to zero again and wait for USS to spawn. No need to chase around looking for USS's: They come to you.
