Dumbass Thrustmaster T question

Trying to swap from keyboard and mouse to using joystick and voice attack. In prep for the Rift. Joystick appears correctly identified in Elite under controllers. However trying the training I'm unable to *launch* as button 1 does nothing and space bar appears to do nothing as well.

Am I doing something wrong, same happens with Generic bindings as well

Manually rebind. Select the option, hit the button and apply. All kinds of things can happen with default settings.

Have you actually looked at the setting in Esc - Options - Controls?

Really I'd take your time and go through setting them how you want them. Then copy the file so you have all your setting safe...

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings

It'll be the custom file copy it and rename the copy (e.g. Granty.binds) then open the copy with notepad and change this line

<Root PresetName="Granty" MajorVersion="1" MinorVersion="8">

Putting your name in where I've put Granty and then that will appear as an option in game.
