Duplicating Circlular made items

If I make, as an example a circular wall from a gridded wall piece, you can move it around no problems. But, how do you dulicate that circular made wall?

If the object doesn't have the duplicate button, usually the multi select tool (the second one down that is individual clicks) to highlight this circular wall to allow the duplicate option to appear. The multi select tool can be found on the bottom right of the screen above the pause button
