This afternoon at 2:41 p.m. at Headquarters, Governor Malachai, the representative of the Durian High Command, signed the act of unconditional surrender of all Durian Land, sea, space and air forces in Durius and Buricasses to the Imperial Expeditionary Force.


To-day this agreement will be ratified and confirmed at Fourier Retreat, where Senator Patreus, Chief of Staff of the Imperial Expeditionary Force, signed the document on behalf of his most Imperial majesty, Emperor Hengist Duval who currently resides in a coma. The Durian representatives will be Governor Malachai, Chief of the High Command, and the Commanders-in- Chief of the remenants of the Durian military.


To-day, perhaps, we shall think mostly of ourselves. To-morrow we shall pay a particular tribute to our freelancing comrades, from whose prowess in the field has been one of the grand contributions to the general victory.


Finally almost the whole world was combined against the evil-doers, who are now prostrate before us. Our gratitude to our splendid Allies goes forth from all our hearts in this system and throughout the Empire.


We may allow ourselves a brief period of rejoicing; but let us not forget for a moment the toil and efforts that lie ahead. The Federation, with all her treachery and greed, remains unsubdued. The injury she has inflicted on The Empire, Panem, and other countries, and her detestable cruelties, call for justice and retribution. We must now devote all our strength and resources to the completion of our task, both at home and abroad. Advance, Achenar! Long live the cause of freedom! Vivat Imperator!

All joking aside, was a good little campaign. Hopefully see commanders from either side of the trenches in future warzones also!

If you think the celebrations in Achenar are impressive you should come to Speke Prospect in Durius.

The people here are jubilant. They know of the strength and stability the Empire will provide them.

Having said that, this system is far from stable at the moment. If this party gets any more rowdy they are likely to start another war.

Just remember if you're coming to join them in their merriment to bring food, booze and tobacco. It's going to take a lot of supply to meet their current consumption.
