Dust Buster: the space dust removal mod

Yeah same. So much so that I spent about 2 solid days trying to find a tool that would let me hack it out. Learnt a bit about pixel shaders at the same time. This fix is even better that the awesome black space mod for Frontier/FFE (can't remember which game I used it on these days) IMO.
