DW patches. Are all successful DW CMDRS who land at BP getting one? Just wondered. If not why not and why am I thinking we are even entitled to one?

It was something I heard mentioned in the Elite Explorers hall of fame thread. Not sure if it's decals. Would be very very very cool if it were, you'd wear them with pride
