DW2 Ships Jump ranges in question

Ship no 1 Blackbeard's Wake Jump range 84.19 Can the owner please explain how did they do it?
Ship no 2 Manus Celer Dei Jump range 75.50 Can the owner please explain how did they do it?

Ship 1 max https://coriolis.io/outfit/anaconda...AFaWcQ3MAAAA.EweloBhBmSQUwIYHMA28QgIwVyKBQA==

Ship 2 max https://coriolis.io/outfit/krait_ph...BhBmSQUwIYHMA28QgIwVyKBQA==&bn=krait max jump

The planetary Hangar is missiing
Shields Are missing
Even Heat sink launcher is missing.
i personally find it pointless for an explorer to be unable to use srv

So i am waiting for your builds gentlemen

Not everyone loves the planetary landing and not having shields or heatsink if the player uses common sense. We also have Hull repair and such that can also help on ship repairs.

I don't have SRV's, shield, heatsinks or boost.
Each to their own.

Edit: I think the 84.19 is down to some mods on the engine/thrusters that Coriolis won't entertain.
I would like to see the build.[yesnod]

Are SRV, shields and heat sinks prerequisites? Prereqs should be presented in the sign-up documentation, such as minimum jump range. I remember seeing a minimum jump range but not anything else.

if you can examine my builds in coriolis you will find out that
The planetary Hangar is missiing

So how do they get these ranges? That's my question

With current Engineering, there is a bit more mass that can be shaved off from your builds by running even lighter thrusters and PD.

However, I previously stated, the people at the extreme top end of jump ranges almost certainly have modules that are lower mass (or better optimal mass, in the case of thrusters, allowing smaller ones to be used) than any current blueprint can provide. For example, I have a 12 ton exactly 8D sensor module, and I know there are lighter ones still in circulation). When 3.0 dropped, Engineering was revamped, and generally inflated, but 2.1-2.4 modules weren't replaced, they were grandfathered and some of them are better.

If you want specifics, it best to contact them directly, as it's probably unlikely they'll see this thread.

None of those are prerequisites.

I take a shield exploring because I know I'll get bored and want to toss around some canyons at some point and I'm too careless to go shieldless. Not everyone is.

I take an SRV for similar reasons and because I'll sometimes want to search for jumponium minerals.

I've never taken a heatsink exploring and have never needed one while exploring. Sometimes I misjudge the heat near a star while charging the FSD and get a warning, but I've never lost a significant amount of hull to it or damaged anything the AFMU can't fix.

In terms of how they get those ranges: they've probably got pre-Engineering-overhaul god roll modifications on all their stuff, that you can't get now; or it's a mistake/lie.

Smaller Power distributor, and smaller fuel tank, and more light weight, so smaller fuel scoop to compensate lower power from power plant.

Modifications made to your #1, 83.31 LY : https://s.orbis.zone/1net

And get even a little more by ditching the DSS...

[edit]
These builds are bare minimum, they are optimized for one thing, and one thing only, jump range.... so not what I could call exploration ships, unless you need that range to reach really far out places...

DSS? Does it weigh anything now?

You can still build a 83.47 ly Conda without a legacy god roll. So we are talking about 0.5 of a light year here? I think I have a legacy god roll FSD on 61.2% but is was on my ASP and that won't beat my Anaconda Explorer build with over 81ly 2 buggies and shield with boost for those high G landings that go a little wrong.

Can you post your Conda build please, sounds interesting.[yesnod]
