Dxdiag

Hello
I'm trying to place a ticket for lost rares from cargo hold after the latest update and I'm supposed to put in system spec (dxdiag) to be able to submit the ticket. Since, lucky me I was stupid enough to choose windows 8.1, when I bought a new comp, I can't find the dxdiag info any where. Any help appriciated.

unless its related to system performance or something in that sense i just wrote irrelevent and they sorted it still anyway.
 
it says mine is an invalid number im starting to get perturbed at all these hoops we need to jump through to get the attention of customer support
 
Sorry captain idiot here what the hell is this System Spec (dxdiag): no matter what i do i get invalid number now i have run the Dxdiag and have saved that to my desktop but i still have no idea on this number they want
 
Every time I've raised a ticket, I've never put DXDiag data in the System Spec box :)

What I do, is use the Launchers 'Options' menu, then choose 'Display Hardware Survey' and wait for a little window to pop up.

Then copy & paste into the box on the website.

No-one has ever complained to me, and my tickets get sorted as *fast* as everyone else's afaik.

So, poo to DXDiag :D


In the Game Version box you need to look at the bottom left of the launcher, under the PLAY button, it says something like:

V 2015.02.19 58113

V=Version
The next bit is the date of install (backwards)
The 5 digit number is the one I put in the Version Box, and again, noone's ever complained...etc
