What I got! It's suppose to be an improvement with (3) new ships. That's all folks. I hope it is all you hope it to be. Have a little rep "Luni" +1

Well, they usually come by pair, with a few looner(hauler, Asp). It doesnt mean we wont get 3 though, we had that much in alpha 4, though the anaconda was probably done in advance, it was non playable since Alpha 1 ^^

New ships arent the issue.
New stuff to do... New ways to interact with the galaxy... Like... People and such...

1.3 update warning possible spoiler alert

So, unconfirmed word on the net is that 1.3 will bring pvp arenas into the game.

If this is true i think its freaking awesome, exactly what i needed.

Whatever happens with E: D and PowerPlay, the Witcher 3 is my definite gaming event in May. (Now I just need to finish Pillars of Eternity first...) :)

This isn't new information, there's been a few threads about that reddit discovery.

It definitely indicates pvp game styles. But nothing points to it being in 1.3.

Why would one play any of those games instead of Elite?

None of them are alternatives in the sense of genre or gameplay type. I have Dragon Age to finish, but I don't see it as competition to this.

Am I the only one who is actually looking forward to the new SW Battlefront? I can see that being a major distraction from ED but being that it comes out in November I'm sure one of the major expansion packs won't be far behind it so it won't be long before I'll be 100% Elite again..

Michael Brookes confirmed a long time ago that 1.3 had nothing at all to do with the PvP modes (it was at the same time that he named the 1.3 Powerplay I believe).
