Please, I don't understand why you have to go to some far off marked places to shoot up opposing fractions in CZ and FSD to nearest starport or outpost to turn in combat vouchers, this is completely silly, moving the CZ to starports and outposts would make the game feel more dynamic and plus you wouldn't have to go far to turn in your combat vouchers.
There should be states of starports that match the controlling fractions status.
If the fraction is in boom than the starpart should have a huge cargo ship in front of the station, and for bust have an abandoned cargo ship in front of the station. In state of war and civil war CZ should form around the station should get hit every now and than to make it a little more interesting. This will also allow players to access the status of the station from outside instead of having to go through landing to find out station is locked down or in war or civil war. When stations are in war players should be warned that this is a conflict zone and be prepared and alert that you travel at your own risk.

Also for power play there should be a minor powerplay fraction representing the superpowers and having that fraction in control of the system should allow the powerplay fraction control of the station, and they should have the same status as the rest of the minor fractions, but you can only have 1 powerplay minor fraction in a system so your fraction will have to declare war with the other fraction to gain control of the station.
Also the station should also reflect the status of what is going on with the boom, bust civil war or war. In Boom the docking lights should be bright, in bust the station docking lights should have trouble flashing or having every other light on. In War and Civil War, you should here shooting noises and the station should shake at times with lights flickering as the war is close and can fill the shockwaves of the weapons fireing.
