"E:D - the endgame" or "What to do?"

I will make it short and thus hopefully less painful:

Sorry guys and girls, there is no endgame in E-D.

See, E-D is a simulation, no MMO.
It's more or less like real life in 3300: The last "mob" you meet is Death and he will win. In the meanwhile stay healty and try to make some CR.

Ok, ok, to be honest, there are some boss-mobs in RL: That guy from the tax office, the grumpy neighbour and not to forget your mother in law! :D

And trust me, you cant evade the M_I_L by pressing [TAB] and [J].

Kind Regards
Cresely Wusher.

I personally see Elite missions as an endgame. I don't know what FD has planned for us there though.

It is always hard to define what endgame actually means. In MMOs they are just big PvP fests, and being solo player I have little if any interest and what's most important, capabilities to take part in any of these activities.

If there's "I have done trading, having ****load of money, what I do" question, then we will see new breed of professions like passenger transporting, mining, exploring, etc. etc. which will be high risk/high reward gameplay, and will build upon basic core stuff. It's all coming.
