Early jurassic pack

There are several dinos to choose from for an ideal Early Jurassic Pack of sorts in mind.

For the land, there is Segisaurus, only because that’s a dinosaur in the JP/W lore since Jurassic Park. Sinosaurus, a crested dinosaur more or less like Dilophosaurus. Scelidosaurus, an armored herbivore that could’ve been bipedal based on a discovered trackway. Heterodontosaurus, a small herbivore or omnivore with odd shaped teeth. Lesothosaurus, another dinosaur, but a herbivore, within the film series lore via the DPG website poster. Scutellosaurus, another armored herbivore, but smaller and more than likely bipedal.

For the lagoons, there is Eurhinosaurus, an ichthyosaur with a swordfish-like snout. Temnodontosaurus, a much larger ichthyosaur. Rhomaleossurus, a mid-sized pliosauroid.

Lastly, for the aviaries, the only good enough pterosaur that I could think of myself is Dorygnathus.

My ideas and reason
  • Glacialisaurus: More antartic dinosaurs and this will open to other prosauropod like creatures.
  • Scutellosaurus: Another tiny one that could be like Homalocephale
  • Eurhinosaurus: More itchyosaurs, specially this weird one.
  • Dorygnathus: We only have dimorphodon for small pterosaurs.

recently a nerly complete at least 10m long Specimen of Temnodontosaurus with a 2m long Skull was found in England ! It is the biggest Ichthyiosaurs ever found in England and other like the only from very fragmentary specimen known shonisaurus we know size and bodyshape or this 10 -12 m long Ichthysaurus very well !

Some other cool facts... a link to an part of an documentary hostet by sir David Attenborough, the younger brother of the great Sir Richard Attenborough !
I really hope Frontier will consider to give us this Apex Predator of the early Jurassic for our lagoons ! with a 2m long robust skull it would be an Ichtyiosaurs which could get an animation to feed from the Sharkfeeder too !

Assuming that an "Early Jurassic Pack" isn't one of the few PDLCs that are fully planned or being worked on right now, I have a few more land dinosaur species ideas that I came up with. But, they could also be for something else if so.

1. Dracovenator: An African crested theropod that was probably more or less like Dilophosaurus or Sinosaurus.
2. Lusitanosaurus: An armored herbivore from Portugal that was kind of like Scelidosaurus, but bigger.
3. Massospondylus: A sauropodomorph from South Africa.
4. Mussaurus: Another sauropodomorph but from Argentina.
5. Dracoraptor: A small theropod from the UK, and is thought to be the oldest known Jurassic dinosaur.

Earlier today, the official Jurassic World Twitter account retweeted a news report of a newly described dinosaur called Yuxisaurus. An armored Early Jurassic dino just described this year that is known from a fairly complete skeleton, and is added to the study on the evolution of armored dinosaurs. Now, what gets me interested in it is not at all scientific part, but the restoration illustrations of it where it has all these bright orange and green colors, especially on the neck spikes, and the NHM news article linked below has both a paleoenvironment version and the blank background version of it.

Early Jurassic pack or not, I would like to see this in JWE2, maybe with bright colors like the artwork.

That's not what I mean. What made me love this thing wasn't what was known about it, but how it was reconstructed in art when I first learned about it when the JW Twitter account brought it up.
I ´have to say, i like the art for this new species too ! .... What´s really interesting in the article .... it´s not only related to Anylosauroids but also to Stegosauroids.

According to the first dlc with 4 different species. Two dinosaurs one pterosaur and one marine reptile. What are your suggestions for an early Jurassic pack?

  • Segisaurus
  • Mussaurus
  • Temnodontosaurus
  • Rhamphorhynchus
My idea would be:
  1. Rhomaleosaurus.
  2. Emausaurus.
  3. Dorygnathus.
  4. Sarcosaurus.
Also Rhamphorhynchus is a late Jurassic Pterosaur.

Or they could go with something that's been known for a long time from a far greater amount of material, like Scelidosaurus...
