Early missions to Freeport.

I deleted my save recently (3.0.4) and restarted a couple of times. Since then some of the early game missions to Freeport - stuff like "deliver 5 animal meat" (provided) for 30k credits seem a little bit...over the top? I get that it's an anarchy system (never been interdicted there yet however in solo) and that's supposed to make it harder, but the sheer amount of credits on offer for these missions makes everything else seem pretty useless in comparison.

Anyone else seeing this?
 
my assumption is that mission rates are higher than they will be at release to encourage people to do them for testing
 
I'm thinking that there is an "anarchy system" modifier that increases the value of the run by an awful lot (like 5x-10x). That would be fine if there was a real risk involved for the reward, but from what I can tell they are no-brainers, at least in solo play.
