F class stars is what are you looking for. I just found an earth like planet 5 mins ago. I found a total of 2 earth like planets in my new exploration session (about 100 systems explored so far, 820 ly from Sol), both found in F class star systems. They seem to be best candidates.

Mine from yesterday was around a B (and I think K) binary...so yeah - you never know.

I found my first Earth Like world yesterday around G star. The system contained also 2 water worlds. So it was a very nice find. Finally, after 504 systems visited... ;-)

On my most recent exploration trip, only going 1200 ly or so from base I collected three Earth-likes. Two were in the same system! That surprised me....
