The East India Company is proud to announce its latest IPO initiative events THE EIC SUMMER GAMES. The games will take place during the month of August, and feature several fun events for the community at large!
On August 5th and 6th we will host Tradermageddon: This is a two-day event that is all about trade vessels. There will be brackets for T6’s, and T7’s at each event.
On Saturday August 5th, we will hold our canyon racing event at Bloodwater Canyon. Using your trade ship of choice with no shields and dumbfires (point defense encouraged) you must navigate a canyon successfully to beat the other competitors for the glory of victory!
On Sunday August 6th, you can join us in a shield-less demolition derby with your favorite trade vessel, with a twist! Swift Arrows pack hound gang will be stationed on the edges of the Arena live streaming the event and for each donation of $5 or more they will fire one volley of pack hounds into the arena in the direction of the ship of your choice! Donations will be going to the Childs Play gaming charity
On August 12th and 13th we are proud to present the EIC SRV GAMES
On Saturday August 12th, you can join us for SRV Racing! You will be racing your SRV between outpost first to arrive alive is the winner! Turrets are encouraged!!
On Sunday August 13th come out for SRV Cliff Jumping (think figure skating meets cliff diving in an SRV) and SRV Hill Climbing challenge. Located at Kilo’s Cliffs!
Finally, from August 20st through August 31st THE EIC CANNONBALL 3000!
This will be an endurance event Racing in medium to small exploration vessels (sorry condas) to the system Thor’s Eye and back to Kappa Fornacis. Winners will be awarded in three categories best overall time, best screenshot, and highest value exploration data collected. (Before and after screenshots for validation)
All events will start at 19:00 UTC on their planned days. Additional time slots may be opened up based upon need.

For anybody who, like me, is using a dark coloured forum theme, the text is currently appearing as black on black (this often happens when copying and pasting into the forums), please could that be amended...
