Easy Custom HUD Coloration

As the title suggests, this addition would add an easy way to customize the colors of your HUD and other ship readouts.
I know that you can do so by going into the game code but there are several problems with that. 1. If you're not careful you can very easily mess things up while in the code. 2. It takes a lot of time to find a color you like (whether you experiment or use some else's recommendation from the net.) 3. You can't customize separate things individually, its all or nothing. For example if you turn the main HUD blue the shield icon will be orange. 4. It is tedious to go into the code just to change something as basic as HUD color.

Here is my proposition. A new section of the internal panel under the 'Ship/SRV' tab. This section would have several options.
Base HUD: would change the base color of all your instruments. Basically everything that is orange except your three control panels, comms panel, and info readout.
Highlight HUD: would change the highlight color of your main HUD. Everything that is currently blue (shields, optimal speed, mass lock/landing gear/cargo scoop indicators, etc.).
Panels: would change the coloration of your three control panels, comms panel, and info readout. For every color option, there would be a set color for the script to keep it high contrast and easy to read.
Modes: This would change the HUD colors of your combat and analysis modes.

There might be an option to change the colors of Hostile/friendly/neutral/objects on the sensors, but I think it's already pretty good.
