Hardware & Technical Easy Question for guru

I was on the Forums earlier and out all the sudden I got Blue Screen with Volsnap.sys as the offender.:S
I have Win 7 pre 64 bit
I7 2600K @ 3.4ghz
12 gig ram
2 TB HDD
GTX770 video
i ran SFC /Scannow and CHKDSK /F
All test come back good with no errors.
Oh, and I was using Firefox at the time.
Any thing else I should check?

Thanks I had seen those previously. So far it only happened one time and I reset my ram.

blue screen off death is caused by memory leakage. check your ram memtest is a good program to test in dos
