Easy Weapon Sounds Improvement Idea

Some discussions popped up in reddit that make a valid point: The hit marker sounds against targets make a tink noise that for some of us take a lot away from the quality of sound effects from the weapons themselves.

I am just now realizing that the 20 or so other games I've played that have this function also have it optional through settings. We don't need it as much as those other games do because we also have visual ques in the target display and feedback from their shield/armor values alone.

It would be nice if there were an option in the functions menu to disable simulated hit markers.
