Tuesday next week i would guess ... but IMHO it really depends on the number of reported bugs and their impact for beta 1.2.

Stuff I've noticed in beta 1.2

1. Supercruise is faster.
2. Docking computer is faster.
3. Have to watch overheating but thats no biggie.

personally id wait till 1.2.02 comes out at least (think about that one based on 1.1)
