Newcomer / Intro ED+6 hours: Why hasn't my order been processed?

The download link on my Downloadable Products page is disabled and my account page shows that my order (made on 18th November) has the status: "Processing Pre-Order". Can anybody please tell me whether this is a common problem (or is it just me) and how long I'm likely to have to wait.

Mine says processing pre order too, but all I did was download the launcher from a link on the forums and Ive been playing for 5 hours or so. But I cant download from the my download download page. Its greyed out.

Even if your order says 'processing pre-order' you should still be able to access the game. Try downloading the launcher from the following link and logging in: http://hosting.zaonce.net/elite/Client-Installer.exe

I got the same problems, using the launcher given by Ashley Barley and it not download for me. What I have done wrong? Can anyone help me??

Make sure that you select "Elite: Dangerous" and not the combat training demo.

Yes, I choose that but the "sync file" speed stay at 0Mb/s for couple hours now. And after 10 minutes it just said "No receive package" kinda notice.

That sounds like overloaded download servers.
