ED Avatar creator 2.3

Soooo, we know that it will arrive to our computers post 2.2, however we don't or didn't know what we could do with it.
It now seems the commander creator will be pretty advanced and you can create your own image in the game, if you like to.

I like that a lot, I also like that you can let the imagination free and create whatever you want within the human features.
Beards are in, hair are in, old age are in. I just wonder if we can add scars and tattoos too.

It also looks like we get different closes to choose from, and not only that pilot suit we always sit in our space ships with, gets a bit smelly I might add.

Awesome. I hope they didn't just scan Ed and make him one of the 5 basic face templates.

Unfortunately the more freedom they provide in the face generator, the uglier the general space populace will be as a whole. Gamers tend to take sliders all the way...

Also I wonder if we can go really old. The Ed +20 years is more like a guy in his early 40s going prematurely bald. If there is an age slider, it would be nice to see more jowls, eyelid droop, and bags under the eyes.

Right now crew members is cool, but I'm faced with either bald women or pink toupee wearing old men! In the depths of space, that is enough to make a pilot go all out Pandorum on everyone!

One thing i really hope the avatar creator has , is a body type slider , as i dont want to look down and see in VR i have a sixpack and is skinny , it would make so i would never leave the game!!!!!

Hair is very difficult to do right, however there are some fine examples out there. When I get on the pc I'd see if I can't find them.
