Yes i have seen this documentation, feels....strange? Foreign? Unusual?
But i can understand it. Haven't a real problem with it, finally it sounds to me legit.

I tried to read that article, poorly written and boring.

I swear it needs to be on the "newsbeat" teenage part of the website in the category "omg have you never heard of this before".

Comparing one recent aspect of the Philippines (highlighted by a freelance journalist who is not directly employed by the BBC, may I add) to Elite Dangerous is a ridiculous simplification - such a comparison opens a dangerous can of worms which I believe has no place for discussion for here, and has potential to insult and potentially degrade those associated with the Philippines. I politely request OP delete the thread.
