Newcomer / Intro ED = D3D9?

Is ED a d3d9 game or other higher dx?

As far as I know the minimum requirements even for the base game are DirectX 11. Though when you install the launcher it does update DirectX 9 to latest version.

I should have said Elite Dangerous Horizons 64 bit.

Is it d3d9 or d3d10 or d3d11?
