Hi I'm going to get another high spec PC build is it straight forward to get the game on the new PC. I'm suspecting I may have to re download everything again...
Yes you have to download everything again, but it seems you can download on as many computers as you like (You can only log into your account from one of those at any given time though)
Copy the ED folder to the new PC, run the installer and point it at the copied folder so it can verify the files and you don't need to download again. I have done this several times now.
