ED Launcher "Without Horizons" not able to update

Stuck @Dav´s Hope in SRV ( btw, there are the best colliders in the whole game ..)
Trying to launch ED without Horizons to get back to my ship in orbit. I can´t. The vanilla-launcher needs to be updated. But i can´t update because Steam doesn´t want to give me some Update for the vanilla launcher.

Any suggestions except self destruction?
