It's all good. I'm just happy that DB and gang are giving us pre-orders an early taste of the game.
Initially wasn't expecting to be able to do anything prior to 12/16, so anything early is a treat for me! :)

Oh boy, online only is surely not going to cause any problems whatsoever. Said the company that can't even keep their store running.

Yep, I agree wholeheartedly. I'm just looking forward to setting up some controls, see how the game looks in the tutorials and fiddling around etc. It's a really nice bonus thing for FD to do before the December date. It might also make the launch day less stressful in terms of big downloads too, but I'm kinda of expecting that to be a bit rocky. As someone that didn't have the drama of the beta or the drip-drip changes over the months I'm really looking forward to this. My last Elite was on a ZX Spectrum, so if it competes with that I'm happy ;)

I asked here, and it was confirmed in the premier event. So some time on Wednesday UK time I guess :)
