Horizons ED What are you doing?

Gentlemen,
I always thought that ED was promoted as a game of cause and effect. We did something like missions and they had an appropriate effect in the system we operated in.

So I ask you E.D. where is the cause that has diminished the number of cargo missions and the prices paid for those missions throughout the galaxy.

I didn't read that the Government's Galaxy wide had all devalued the Cr.

I didn't read that there was a slump galaxy wide.
I haven't seen that the price of ships, their maintenance and modules have dropped
accordingly in price
I haven't seen that any commodities have dropped accordingly to the new pay scale being offered for delivery.

So ED, imho, you haven't justified the sudden decrease in the number of mission offered and the prices paid to haul cargo in this update.

I may be wrong in my thinking, but it seems you want to push all players into hauling passengers and trying out that new mechanic, I for one am happy hauling cargo, at least cargo doesn't change it's mind where it wants to go!

Please do tell me how you have justified these changes to the game overall, when you are always going on that this is a balanced (cause and effect) game.

As per my other posts I'm just a casual gamer Cobra MKIII and about 10mill in the bank - as real life is where I eat, wash, sleep and where my family, friends, job and motorbikes are.

The new update is really great and the Devs deserve a pat on the back, and I hope that DB takes everyone out for a free night of food booze and office antics !

Saying that the fact that ED have overlooked people like Gaffa and myself is very annoying, as I was gradually chipping away at gettting a better ship.
But now I'm just kind of oh god its going to take years to get that 90 mill I was after, why the hell do I want to play now.
As the thrill of owning tht new shiney ship was the driving force to come back, and the only wy to ge there was Trade/Delivery, see they were my only hope !

So yes the new update is great and I feel like I'm getting my monies worth again, but its the little things like milk runs for the casual gamers that are missing.

Hope the post doesn't offend anyone

David B, all,
If it's a bug that has nerfed the cargo runs and payouts, then lets all hope it's fixed real soon, cause like op, I cant see myself spending months and months to build up cr's to purchase a new ship, when the attrition rate from attacking NPC is so high resulting in $20M cr a rebuy cost Anaconders going down the drain real fast.

I love the game, have invested a lot of money in a better Pc, bigger 4k screen, and now Oculas.
Why? Because the game of Horizons is the best space adventure with lots to see and do. Up to now the rewards for time invested have been reasonable, with of course the odd wait while bugs get ironed out.

But David, you rearly do need to look at fixing the 'bug' that I am describing and I am sure many players have voiced their opinion on ....... before your client base starts looking elsewhere.

X3 Series took up most of my free time back in the day - not as polished as ED but FUN to play and didn't get too fracked up when updates came out.

The new one I hated as it wasn't anywhere near to completion when it was released and the updates just made it worse in my opinion, so didn't go back.
They didn't care because they had our money at least DB is putting in alot of effort to get the game in to a better experiance.

Can't see the amounts paid for the missions to be stored on the PC side of things, so a quick server change should have been made when these types of messges started to appear.

Fingers crossed :D
