Discussion EDAPI - API query tool and Trade Dangerous plugin

EDAPI is a tool written in Python that can be used to pull your pilot profile, market prices, and shipyard info from the API. It's been around quite a while, and has a plugin for Trade Dangerous.

* Inspect your pilot profile.
* Pull prices for your currently docked station and import them into your local Trade Dangerous database.
* Post market prices, shipyards, and outfitting to EDDN.
* Operates stand alone, or as a Trade Dangerous plugin.

A copy of the plugin is included in Trade Dangerous. This thread is mainly for dicussion of EDAPI itself.

Thanks a lot for creating a thread here. I've taken the liberty the update your EDCodex entry with this new thread.
Really nice tool. The TD integration with the plugin which is distributed by TD works like a charm. Keep up the good work ;-)

Hi at all,
I can't use the EDAPI (plugin and stand alone). Since the last API-problem from FD I can't login.
User and password are OK. Does anyone have any idea why this might be ?
I use orphu's EDAPI-tool (https://bitbucket.org/orphu/edapi/overview) version 361.
