I’m finding exobiology really interesting, the 3rd party tools are useful but I’m not sure what data sources are used and updated by which tools and it’s becoming quite confusing.
EDCopilot seems to have location data for biologicals, I’m assuming that comes from the Spansh body landmarks? Or does it come from EDSM? If so, does EDCopilot update the landmarks on the service when I scan at a new location?
Similarly, so far I’ve been using EDDLite, but swapped to EDMC with the Screenshot plugin as it seemed to update more external services. My concern is accidental overlap of uploaded data etc. For example, if I use EDMC with Bioscan at the same time as EDCopilot will there ve data conflicts or double reporting?
