Release EDDiscovery Scan Window Icon Meanings

I am a bit confused about the EDDiscovery Scan Window Icon Meanings. Excuse me for being dim if it is obvious to everyone else but what does the little flag icon in the scan window mean? I can see that there is what I presume is a volcanism and a terraforming icon but the flag icon escapes my deductive reasoning / intuition:

I tried looking in the Wiki and elsewhere but no luck so far. Anyone know?

First off, I thought the terraformable icon was a flower and the volcano one was a hill with a cloud.

The flag is to indicate value over 50KCr? - That never occurred to me.
