One requested feature from day one has been a place to "jot" down information in-game.
It may have been something one spotted on a mission or saw in the galnet article, or something, anything.
A name, a date, a faction, a planet, a station, a settlement, planetary co-ordinates....so much to keep track of.
Now the player-journal does make a good step towards this, as does the transactions table
but as for say, a shopping list of items a player wants for their pinned upgrades...which credit is given is in your inventory screen in-game in a filter,
and then to build up a case around where to look for it (instead of a having a forgettable popup/filter setting ).
Again these are actually in-game but doesn't tie them together via creating an activity list.
These could also mirror and integrate with API-tools for the community, so one could create flight-paths or events which one can read through online, and then import them into your player "to-do" list (because you are logged in via your frontier account on that community page).
So one could work, "offline", and for your community (squadron or wing), without being in-game. Or prepping the evenings "flight" on the bus ride home.
