EDSM 3D map controls - HELP!

I upgraded to the latest version of EDSM a couple of days ago and now I just can't get my head around the 3D map control set. Specifically I can't seem to find a way of going up or down on the map and tbh it also feels like the other 3D controls have all been messed up!!

Is there a way of biding these controls that I've just missed?

Are you talking about ED Discovery? If yes then the 3D map controls are W, A, S, D for horizontal movement, Q and E for horizontal rotation and R and F for moving up and down.

Yes and all those keys apart from R and F work!

R & F do nothing!!!

Actually the problem seems two-fold: W&S seem to be Up and Down as well as mouse right hold and I can't go forward or backwards!..!!1

So I eventually found the key bindings in the help menu. As per post above what the problem actually is, is that W&S go up and down. R&F are not functional at all...

Although now I am able to use the map better now I am using ZX for zoom in out to home in on my location.
