EDSM......Are frontier doing enough

I have come back to ED on Xbox after having my pc stolen.
I am exploring and have registered with EDSM.
The content in EDSM is not being collected from the journal files. I have been in touch with EDSM and they have told me it is a problem on The Frontier side of thing and that he has no way to contact them.
Please could you advise on what is going on ?

I understand that response but the writer of EDSM is telling me it is Frontier that is the issue

If Anthor doesn't know, I can only suggest asking Frontier_Help on Twitter or submitting a support ticket

The Author does know, he knows it's in Frontiers side.

I don't have Twitter , is this forum not a Frontier Forum ?
