education in zoo

so I am putting up animal board and the education speakers under the board I put up but for some reason the education is still in the yellow not green is there something more I could be doing? also my guest are still don't getting on my transport ride

There's a minimum distance between the bottom of a habitat and the education board, if it is too far from that it won't work.

I'm going to guess that your board is on an elevated walkway and it's too high. If you have a single flight of stairs, it should be fine even if you go pretty high with the board, but if it's a double flight of stairs the board needs to be almost touching the walkway in order to be close enough.

If it's not an elevated walkway, I'm not sure how you can have it "too far", but move it closer and it will work. What I do in situations where the board is too far is leave the education heat map on and slowly move the board closer with the X key arrows until it changes color to indicate it is working.

Can't help with the transport rides, I have the same problem sometimes. When I first load my game visitors get on my transports like crazy, the lines completely fill up...but once the zoo has been running for a few minutes and those lines are done...no one rides them. I think it's a bug introduced in the 1.03 patch, because my rides were all very busy all the time before that patch. Plus it makes no sense that reloading the game also makes them busy only for a short time if it is not a bug.

I have that seem thing my guest get on the ride when I 1st log in and then stop. I will check the other thing you said thank u

I notice when I high lite some of the education board's there Blue and a few are red my guess is there not working when there red?
Correct, they aren't working when they are red. For me, red means they haven't even been set to a specific animal yet or are not in range of a power supply, yellow means it's not close enough to the habitat, black means they have been vandalized and need to be replaced and blue means they are good.

The only time they are working is if they are blue on the education heat map so if they are any other color address the issue.

Are we talking about the board itself or the radius? If there's no power the board or speaker will be black but the education radius will be red. If the speaker itself is yellow and the radius is red, incorrect setting. If the speaker is blue and the radius is red it's an overlap.

But back to the original post about education being in the yellow and not the green, this sounds like we're talking about the guest needs. Guests will slowly build that education meter the more they learn, it won't be from just one habitat. You'll also need to put down conservation education boards along the paths and research the animals to get the education rating up.

I was taking about the board itself. Not speakers, but the board. My bad though, you are right that they are black when they dont' have power...I mixed the color of the education heat map with the power heat map.
